Are there any home remedies that can help with back acne?

ive had back acne now for about 2 years, and have tried many prescribed medicines creams and tablets etc.

Are there any ways i can get rid of acne using home remedies.

im very into theatre and have a ton of experience but i want to take it to the next step and join a talent agency.

but my mom said before i can have to get rid of my acne.

its not terrible at all its very under control and its mostly just white heads, all the accual pimples are gone.

but nothing is helping the last bit of it go away.

ive tried tons of stuff in stores so now i want to try home remedies if anyone knows any please help!
